Hm, i really grant Vale the Ferrari F1 drive, also WRC, but there shouldn't be too much follow ups (like in 2006), otherwise this would distract him from doing his job on 2 wheels and have a negative influence on his motogp carreer, i fear. The 2009 season will be very hard, and Vale must remain focused.

MOTOGP » Rossi wants another Ferrari F1 test

Yamaha's six-time MotoGP Champion Valentino Rossi may admit that his chance to race in F1 has now passed - but that does not stop the Italian from wanting to drive a Ferrari again...and the Scuderia suggests he may just get his wish...

Why not? Let''s give it a go :)
Schumacher is having a bit of fun on bikes (he just ''tested'' Checa''s WSBK ride) as well,
Vale is capable of being fast at anything, I''m curious how the Rallye GB thing will pan out, he''s aming for a top 10 finish.

Agreed - Schumacher is knocking 40 and is setting good times on bikes (and we all know he'd still be competitive in F1 now), and if Rossi will be 31 when he stops racing bikes (and that's a big if), he'd still be 2 years younger than Damon Hill when he got the full time Williams drive and the same age as Schumacher was when he won his first title with Ferrari anyway. It's be great if he had a go for a couple of seasons.

Though I'd equally like to see him + Raikonnen in WRC in a couple of years challenging Loeb.

The problem is... a man like him likes only to win and I don't think that he will be able to fight for the championship in Formula one. So, I think test ik OK, but nothing more than that. Otherwise it's will be a big mistakes...

"him + Raikonnen in WRC"

While anyone would want to be in WRC just now is beyond me. It's a weak series at the moment. But while both Rossi and Raikonen could be quick in a rally car I doubt they would be able to challenge for wins, far less the championships on a world level.

The good thing about competing in WRC is he will be slightly away from the public eye (compared to F1 or MotoGP) while he can still be competitive. It is like he calls it his 'second passion'. :)

Vale wants to drive for fun but Kimi prpbably will drive for a new job!...Vale can drive a lap behind 1 second from others but Kimi probably will crash so many times as usual!...Anyway if someone will be called with the name of Vale I prefer only Schumi who is the greatest in F1 except Senna.

:)

How about Rossi on a two wheeled thingy.. a motorised bicycle that goes very fast indeed?
He could be very good and maybe be Agostini's other records. :p :)

Rossi should replace Kimi and Massa and team up with Michael Schumacher!

The two greatest motor racers in recent history.
