Strange he doesn''t like Philip Island. Most riders rave about its flowing and fast nature regardless if they''ve done good or bad.

I wish I could do a trackday there, it looks spectacular even in the computer games, just imagine being actually there on a real bike.

Of course every rider is entitled to their opinion.I haven't rode the European tracks but Phillip Island is a great design. The fast ride down Gardner Straight and then the sweeping corner is for the brave (ask West or Biaggi). Then there is Honda and Siberia that present great opportunities for passing. Up the hill and down MG. There are plenty of opportunities for passing. It is breathtaking to ride. The only criticism I would have would be the bumps and of course these can be very dangerous for bikes. One day we will have a bike only track and get rid of the tin tops that destroy tracks for bikes.
