Jorge Lorenzo on the same bike AND tyres as Rossi - he's going to be so fast!

Nicky better check his wing mirrors as Jorge will be steaming past to get on the tail of the Doctor - his mentor in super speed.

I'm guessing Casey will already have fallen off by then.

With the right bike - Casey is going to have a big wake up call with Dovi, Nicky, Jorge and even Pedrosa.

Somehow, I think Casey won't be embracing 2009 as much as he did 2007/8 when there was little competition.

The guy is part of a team... a lot of the riders talk like that! "we had issues in testing" "we have some work to do" "we have some new parts to try"... it seems casey has learned a lot this year, he had a good run of it in 07 (not takign any credit from him or his title) and this year he got beat. Good to see him get his head down and want to work for 09! i think its going to be tougher than this season for everyone!

Paul 46: I don't always agree with you, but you have my full support for your post. I hope that Hayden will be able to unwind Stoner a bit in 09. Between the two of them, Rossi and Jorge, Dovi and Pedrosa (all politics aside) it should be one great year.

I find it hard to see much of a challenge from anyone other than a factory bike - the one tyre supplier will still have a tiered structure - the best guys will still get the best tyres.
