Gotta love the ''good vibes'' in the Duc garage after the ''chilly'' atmosphere at Repsol... here''s a little quote from today''s time chart... "Hayden was typically the last rider remaining on track at the end of the session at 5pm and returned to the Ducati pit-box to the applause of both sides of the garage." You Go Nicky! Good on ya mate!!! more applause from the peanut gallery!

Yes, Nicky can ride the Duke.
I know there were only few riders on the track but i expected Dovi on a steady Honda in the front. Nicky at the top is kinda surprise for me. Good for him! :)

coming from a dirt track background nicky tends to do well or better than some of the other guys when grip gets sketchy... as we saw last weekend with him topping the time sheets in all the first three FP's...

Nicky has made a major improvement in his wet-weather abilities and it showed a lot this year. Can't wait for the next test! I guess I'll have to keep myself occupied with MotoGP 08 on Xbox live until then. :p

Great to see Nicky with a smile on his face again.

Also, very nice of the Duke boys to deck out the GP in Stars & Stripes for him. A really nice way to welcome you into a new team.

As for his " name " on the fairing ....... Chapter 2, Its looking like a good start already.

I sincerely hope Nicky has a good year on the Ducati after his final miserable year with Honda and Puig. It was a great gesture on the part of Ducati to make him so welcome and paint the stars and stripes on the fairing. Go Nicky Go.!!! show them what they are missing..

"I have to be careful not to speak too fast or use too much slang! Joking aside, I know I have a lot of hard work to do but I'm ready for it and so is the team. I haven't asked for too many changes because Casey has already shown what this bike can do and now it's up to me to do the same," Hayden declared.

wow, what if nicky is gonna change it to his settings?
but i doubt it, since he and casey have simillar riding style and riding background
this will make his transition alot easier.
good to know his wet riding skill improved maybe then he'll be the new rainman? hehehehe :)
