Moriwaki is the only one who want to build 600cc construction for new class MotoGP2. Fancy haha. Dorna is sinking with theirs ideas. First step was to block tyre competition. Next it'll be block riders competition. R.I.P.
Bayliss, West, Nakano and Tamada, Biaggi, Checa are the trully luckiest *****************

for sure Rossi onboard Kawasaki could preserve the Greens. They would pay him a lot money and attention but Yamaha was first.

Blah - Dorna and also the MSMA have certainly made a lot mistakes over the last decade, but it is easy for us to judge with the benefit of hindsight.

The new Moto2 rules are an attempt to drastically reduce costs in the support class. At the moment some of the 250 teams are spending almost enough to be running a satellite team in MotoGP.

it isn't true that only Moriwaki are interested in producing bikes for Moto2. Teams have been waiting to see the rules which are goin to be tried out in the Sppanish championship this year.

Perhaps the single tyre rule should have been introduced earlier to MotoGP - it certainly worked in WSB.

One of the easiest ways to cut costs in MotoGP ...

... is to restrict revs. This would extend the maintenance intervals. Obviously this would not be popular with Ducati.

I have just read that Ezpeleta is not concerned about Kawasaki pulling out of
Moto GP,this statement amazes me, when you have a world championship of just 17 riders competing it
starts to become a bit of a joke, their should be a minimum of 20 riders in any
championship
last season the kwacker was disappointing but two or three years ago it was a good bike,
and could have won a race or two, with a better rider on board,
i hope kawasaki reconsider.

Andy - I'm sure Ezpeleta is concerned about Kawasaki withdrawing - if he wasn't he would be an idiot and although a lot of mistakes have been made by him and the manufacturers and their representatives I am sure he is not an idiot. There has been a great deal of speculation and I am sure there is also a lot of mis-translation and re-interpretation of what is being said worldwide.

I beleive that Dorna have an obligation to ensure that 18 bikes are fielded.

Kawasaki have never had a bike capable of winning in the premier class - even when they fielded multiple world champ Kork Ballington it was by GP standards a shoe string effort.

To use Honda pulling out of formula one as an excuse is ludicrous, the cost of running a moto gp team would be a fraction of the cost of competing in formula one, I believe that after year's of making complete fools of themselves Krapasaki have finaly decided there is no point in carring on, certainly Aspar would do a better job than the existing team. I feel a certain amount of sympathy for the riders but this is not the first time Krapasaki have treated their riders like this, I personaly would not buy one of their bikes after this and I do like their road bikes! :-o
