Here's Triumph's Moto2 engine being put through its paces on a rolling road.

The 765cc engine is based on the 2017 Street Triple's but 'tuned for a major step up in power and torque,' Triumph says.

The British firm is set to take over from Honda as Moto2 engine supplier from 2019.

The engine sounds about ready to us. Make sure you're speakers are on for this.

What a sound!  Kind of like a baritone MV 500 of yore, roll on the new moto2 class.....

Awesome sound! Still miss the 250cc class tho.

Amazing......woooo!!!!

I'm still surprised they're doing this, but from what I've read, no one else came forward!

I hope they prove reliable like the Honda's. Had a dream the other night that 20 of them broke down in the first race. Why cant I just dream about Linda Lovelace as I normally do? Think its an age thing..they do sound good though.

Typical British motorcycle industry. Couldn't design anything original, instead they copy the MV engine. Pathetic.

What a dick. If you have nothing constructive to say then shut it.

Ditto, yes what a Dick, probably rides a pan European
