Motorsport weekend round-up

Motorcycle fans had plenty of action to enjoy over the weekend as both MotoGP and the World Superbike Championship returned for another dose of excitement on two wheels.

Over at Le Mans, weather played havoc with proceedings, but it wasn't enough to prevent Jorge Lorenzo from securing a second win of the season, ahead of a delighted Marco Melandri and Dani Pedrosa.

Things were a little warmer in the southern hemisphere as Noriyuki Haga racked up another double on the World Superbike Championship's return to Kyalami, South Africa.
