Pas

KTM were new to the category, their 125 was not the equal of the factory Hondas and Aprilias.

Rossi had Jeremy Burgess as his crew cheif at Honda in his Rookie year, and Factory support for most of 2000. To try and say Casey got the same treatment in his rookie year is laughable.

Being a factory rider is no guarantee of being champion, but not being a factory rider guarantees you won't be!
