Vito is a business man not a racer, I doubt he has the slightest idea how a racers mind works.
some of the comments on here are spot on "cold corporate hand" "re-election time" Well Vito, my advice is this, take a look at how politics has ruined F1, don't make threats to the riders because they have choices, other championships. You change the rules every year and this is what you have made, competetive racing, why act so surprised? it's your rules they race to.
