didn't FIM just put out a notice to riders that these antics would not be tolerated?

I guess the rainbow stands for tolerance when trying to hit a rider in the rear. this is not worth punishments.

Punching them in the face in the gravel pit is poor form and will be punished?

Come on Dorna, make a show of DeRangedolos - he's gone anyway.
