tricati, im sure im not the only one thats stuggling to see your logic here. You say Cal talks himelf up? Can you explain why you have this opinion? You say Haslam, Laverty, Smith and Redding are 'better' riders? Can you explain why you have this opinion? You say Cal is making 'excuses? Can you point out what 'excuses' you are talking about here as i certainly must have missed them?

You clearly dislike him and thats fine, but at least use logic to back up your wild opinions.

Of course Cal knows he is struggling lately, but he also knows that he can be up there. He's already proved that. No ones denying he needs to get his form back. The speed is there, he just needs to pull it together and be patient. Simoncelli seems to have sorted it, and im sure Cal will get there.

And no, you dont need to learn racecraft on proto type bikes, you can learn racecraft on mini moto's, and Cal is certainly not lacking racecraft. He's lacking confidence and experience at the moment.
