@Sasha you're right, they're trying to survive. It's the choices they're making that I have a problem with.

I think the governing body has to look more intelligent and permanent solutions. If it's all about making up the numbers, why not just throw some superbikes or moto2's in with the mix yeah?
There are fundamental issues that need to be addressed in MotoGP. Throwing slow bikes in the mix to make up the numbers so they can get lapped multiple times isn't going to help in the long term, nor the short term. This can have a massive flow on effect and will impact on the MotoGP brand. Loosing sponsors, spectators and riders will follow. Who want's to be a part of a fractured, flawed and compromised competition? Particularly when it was such a benchmark in regards to competition, technical advancement and thrilling entertainment before. People within the paddock are already expressing similar concerns.
