You guys should read the lawsuit that Tavo Hellmund, the man behind the Austin track, filed against the current owners. The suit speaks more to the F1 race and the reasons for the delays in paying sanctioning fees and other problems. However, it's very relevant to what's going on with the Moto GP race. If the allegations are factual, the owners, who have no interest in racing, have eased Hellmund out of the picture. This is where the "contract issues" come into play. It would be sad to see a potentially good race venue lose a Moto GP race because of some CVC holdings-type people.
