Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta wants to see each MotoGP team limited to a budget of 15 million euros per season - less than a half the amount Ezpeleta claims reigning world champion's Honda is presently spending.

Why bring up autocad, that is only designing not machining, so are you saying you never order a part? you redesign it then machine it your self. Whether you like it Ezpeleta knows a little more than you.

Some of us have a head start you young man, I started Autocad 8 loading from floppys every day. What are you on about porting it through windows? I think you mean running it on Windows 2.03 as it was when 10 came out. All Autocad up to 12 (still available in both) was made to run on DOS if you used windows would only execute it in Dos, Windows was not an operating system in them days, still isn't dos runs in the background.
28 years at it sham, today of course use inventer if modelling is required but being electrical not always needed.

I suggest you keep on topic and not try and big your self up
