ArmchairExpert, you kind of have a point in that, if Bautista took those prior incidents as a chance to improve, then it's good. But, not just Rossi but other riders (including Dovi) have mentioned that Bautista is a little uncompromising in situations where he shouldn't be, sometimes blocking faster riders during qualifying periods and other forms of nonsense. That first incident was Bautista's fault (think about how it would have looked if he did that mid-race as opposed to the beginning?) and he almost repeated the same error in the next race. So forgive all those Rossi fans for dumping on him. He does have some making up to do.
