@ BJR. I agree that modern MotoGP has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with true competition and the best man winning. But all the marketing and hype is ALL about the so-called contest between the main protaganists - the personalities - the RIDERS.

So, given that its NOT about the Riders - then it's misleading the Fans to base their hype on the battle between the riders.

These facts indicate that those 'selling' MotoGP are well aware what the fans WANT - so they tell them what they want is what they are getting - the dumb ones believe it.

(Like most ppl) I hate being conned. And MotoGP is a con, because it isn't a genuine competitive field with genuine unfettered racing, but a rigged manipulation that lies to its fanbase when it tries to tell the world that it is proper Racing. IT IS NOT.
