Who knows? Maybe MM really is able to use the same trick that CS did, which was to get the rear moving to get the bike to turn in without tucking the front? He's certainly got the bottle to push hard enough.

Part of the reported issue is that they can get SO much grip from the back that it pushes the front over the edge - its not just on the brakes up to the apex, but tapping on the power. HRC's sparky bits take care of THAT aspect.

The main reason I say I think it is the electronics though is that MM pushes his luck and the limit EVERYWHERE, & ALL the time. A save CAN be just the tyre regaining grip, or the rider might save it with his knee.

But no rider goes over the limit on every corner of every lap and then saves EVERY front-end slide on their own. No-one.
