riddle me this batman, why debit him ZERO championship points instead of crediting him 1 or 2 points in line with the "fresh of the bar napkin" penalty system...?

breaking news...!!! punishment doesn't fit the crime. even more so considering he was black flagged while ON a fresh set of tyres (ie. there was no danger). it's not like he was pulling a biaggi circa 1998, knowingly criculating in direct contravention of the rules.

"marc" my words (pun intended)... it's a set-up.
