Vale is not taking a bike from a more talented youngster...yet. Everyone including him knows that changes after next season when Pol is groomed for the seat. Right now there are 3 fastest guys, Honda is lucky enough to have 2 of them. None of the current riders would do better on the 2nd M1 but new talent is emerging and if they can finish in front of Honda's a few times that could mean the difference in the championship.
