But Scott would match Marc all the way, and often beat him now, given
a similar bike in Moto GP. His performances last year showed his abilities have matured without curbing his natural flar & aggression, and finally he's in a class with the power appropriate for his body size.

So let's apply that across the grid. So you're saying that on factory equipment, Redding will/could beat JL? Rossi? Pedrosa? After all, if you're saying that Redding on a factory bike would "match Marquez all the way" (thus you must mean that Redding can come in and break records, blaze hot laps that nobody can touch, qualify on pole and take the win every race, beat the comp like they are standing still, etc.), then that MUST mean that he's a better rider than all of the top 4. Do you realize how ludicrous that sounds?
