Ducati is to take advantage of the looser Open MotoGP testing regulations for the first time by sending factory riders Cal Crutchlow and Andrea Dovizioso to Jerez this week.

Please dont tell me that this is not a reasonable and logical assessment. Honda dont give other Honda teams every single thing they give Repsols, while Yam hand down stuff to T3 so they are always a step behind.



I never said that Honda gives "every single thing" to the satellite bikes. The small differences have always been documented (..different suspension on occasion, different brakes on occasion). The main difference is the software. Yes T3 gets "hand me downs", but the hand me downs don't always mean that they are better. We saw evidence of that with the fuel tank issue that Crutchlow had. He wanted it, then when he got it he performed worse. My only point is this.....Crutchlow ran up front with the T3 bike. It can't be that bad if he was putting the bike on pole/the front row and consistently running with the top guys.
