TrueFan: I can't see why VR would do WSBK...especially since he's become competitive again in MotoGP.

"To put Rossi's planned 17-year premier-class career into perspective, if Marquez was to repeat the feat he would need to remain in MotoGP until the end of the 2029 season! " Hahaha...that's pretty good!

I'd love to see him stay in Moto GP as long as possible but there is going to come a time when he won't be competitive otherwise Agostini, Schwantz, Capirossi etc would still be racing GP's, age catches up with everybody eventually and if he does equal or break Ago's record of 8 titles what will he do after that, stay in Moto Gp to try and win another title or go to WSB and take up the challenge of being the first GP champ to win WSB title? Bayliss was still at the top when he retired and Biaggi I think was 41 when he won last title WSB title so there is still time for that.

Joey Dunlop i think was aged 52 and still winning TT races, all in all classes, against younger riders, until he died. so still possible for Valentino to be world champion many times over, if he gets it together, many more years left in him yet, LEGEND
