Tech 3 Yamaha unveiled its new black and yellow Monster Energy livery on the eve of the final MotoGP pre-season test, at Jerez on Friday morning (pictured).

Having been without a title sponsor last season, Tech 3 - the highest placed satellite outfit with fourth place in the 2008 Teams' World Championship - recently announced a two-year deal with the energy drink company.

Colin Edwards and James Toseland will make their track debut in the distinctive Monster colours during the start of the two-day official test on Saturday.

Edwards finished seventh in the 2008 world championship with two podiums, while fellow double World Superbike champion Toseland claimed eleventh during his debut season in grand prix racing.

Monster, now also a personal sponsor of Fiat Yamaha's Valentino Rossi, had been the Kawasaki Racing Team's main sponsor last season.
