POLL: Who has impressed you most in 2009?

Following a remarkably long off-season, the 2009 MotoGP World Championship got underway at Qatar in April, kick starting a relentless run of what has been six enjoyable – and occasionally surprising – races so far.

From Marco Melandri's podium in France, to Jorge Lorenzo's challenge to Valentino Rossi to, subsequently, the champion's response in Spain, the 2009 season has thrown up plenty of talking points in just six short races.

But who has impressed you most this season? We are throwing the floor open for you to cast your vote…

While you may think it is too early to have formed your opinion, the fact there are three riders tied for the top at the moment suggests otherwise – and that is before you take into account those directly behind, such as Honda's leading representative Andrea Dovizioso, the battle-scarred but ever determined Dani Pedrosa, giant-killer Melandri and top rookie Mika Kallio.

What kind of result you get if you can vote as many times you want. There are some sad ******* that clicked Stoner from 5% to 27%...... Melandri at Le Mans was awesome, he gets my ONLY vote....not that it matters...............
