Thursday 2pm - Sepang MotoGP test times

Full lap times as of 2pm on the second day of the first 2010 MotoGP test session, held at Sepang in Malaysia.

Under new rules, the first day of testing (Wednesday) was for test riders only, so Thursday marked the first 2010 action for the MotoGP race riders, many of whom were using their new bikes for the first time.

The only faller so far is Pramac's Aleix Espargaro, who tipped over at 11.37am after running into the gravel. The weather is typically hot and humid, but has remained dry.

Testing finishes at 5pm and continues on Friday.

@ vdough "Anybody whose watched spies knows he likes to start off slow. And work his way up.At the end of the testing season he will be inside the top 5" LMFAO! Who gives a toss? It is the first session of the season - you don't have to start making excuses or unfounded statements just yet... wait until March for that! :p

A couple of hours of a shakedown session and there's folks already bouncing up and down like it has major relevance for the whole bikes, some rider's first encounter with Sepang, generally rusty after the off season etc, etc..... get a grip girls!
