Monday - Jerez Moto2 test times.

Moto2 lap times after the third and final day of the second official test session for the new 600cc grand prix class, held at Jerez in Spain.

Monday was once again wet, meaning that the best lap times were set on (the dryer) second day (shown below).

The previous test, at Valencia from March 1-3, marked the first time that riders had used the official Honda-built engine (all riders are using control Dunlop tyres).

The next official Moto2 test will be held back at Jerez on March 27-29...

You guys are never happy. Stop looking for the downside, stop trying to act like you could run it better and just enjoy the racing cos it will certainly be close and by the end of the season i am pretty sure the lap times will be as quick if not quicker than 250s

You all need to chill out a bit. So how many years have they had to tweak the 250's and it's only the 2nd test on the new bikes and the first one w/ the new engine. The times will come down to at least match the 250's. I'm sure the tires play a roll as well because again, how many years have the Super Corsa's had compaired to the dunlops? Do you guys remember all the fussing when WSBK went to the control tire and all the times were slower but look at the class now.
