MotoGP to continue on British Eurosport in 2011

British Eurosport has re-affirmed its commitment to the coverage of MotoGP for a further twelve months, taking its current contract to the end of the 2011 campaign.

The extension means Eurosport will continue to boast its full portfolio of top flight motorcycle racing next year, owning as it does exclusive rights to broadcast the World Superbike Championship and MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship, too.

For each of the 18 races on the 2011 MotoGP schedule, Eurosport will show live practice and qualifying sessions for the premier class as well as support categories Moto2 and 125cc, live races for Moto2 and 125cc and – as has been the case since 2009 – the MotoGP races in full but delayed by an hour.

Popular commentating duo Toby Moody and Julian Ryder will once more team up to report on-site from the Qatar curtain-raiser and each of the European rounds. All of the action will similarly will broadcast online on Eurosport Player.
