Seven time MotoGP world champion Valentino Rossi will make his first public appearance in Ducati red during this week's Wrooom Press Ski Meeting.
Shared with the Ferrari F1 team, the annual event begins at Madonna di Campiglio in Italy this (Monday) evening, but most interest will come on Tuesday, when Rossi - like team-mate Nicky Hayden - takes part in a press conference.
Rossi made his Ducati debut in plain black colours at the Valencia test in November, but Tuesday will mark the first time that the 31-year-old Italian - aiming to become the first 500cc/MotoGP rider to win titles with three different manufacturers - speaks publically about the Desmosedici.
Wednesday will see the Desmosedici GP11 officially unveiled in its full 2011 racing colours and the turn of Ducati management to face the press. Ferrari then dominate Thursday's official activities, before Friday's final day sees exhibition races between the two and four-wheel competitors.
Rossi, who suffered shoulder and leg injuries - and lost his title to Yamaha team-mate Jorge Lorenzo - last season, will ride in full Ducati colours for the first time when the opening test of 2011 is held at Sepang in Malaysia from February 1-3.
