Nico Terol, winner of all three races so far this year, will start his 100th grand prix from the front of the grid after claiming his third pole of the season at Le Mans on Saturday.
The Spaniard, who has led every 125cc track session since warm-up for round two at Jerez, took pole by 0.389sec after improving on his final lap.
Terol's Aspar Aprilia team-mate Hector Faubel - who hasn't finished higher than eleventh this year due to race accidents - will start from second place.
16-year-old rookie Maverick Vinales took his first ever front row start with third for the Paris Hilton Racing team.
Sandro Cortese, the only rider other than Terol to take a 125cc pole this year, crashed in the closing minutes and will start from fourth for Racing Team Germany.
Joining Cortese on the second row will be fellow German Jonas Folger and home hero Johann Zarco.
