A MotoGP circuit in Wales?

"The track at Ebbw Vale would have the potential to host... World Touring Car Championship and motorcycling's MotoGP" - BBC.
According to the BBC, plans for a new £200m motor racing circuit in the south Wales valleys have been unveiled.

The BBC Report states: "The track at Ebbw Vale would have the potential to host... the World Touring Car Championship and motorcycling's MotoGP."

Details are scarce, and no planning application has yet been made, although the intended location is said to be the Rassau industrial estate on the Heads of the Valley road. The Welsh Government "says there are talks but details are confidential."

The Silverstone circuit in Northamptonshire hosts the British round of the MotoGP World Championship.
