2012 Estoril and Sachsenring MotoGP rounds still 'Subject To Contract'...
The FIM has unveiled an updated version of the 2012 MotoGP Calendar.

Compared with the previous version, released in September, the revised list shows that the opening round in Qatar will take place one week earlier on April 8 and confirms that a contract has now been agreed for the following Spanish Grand Prix at Jerez.

But although the Sachsenring name has been inserted alongside the German round on July 8, the event is still 'Subject To Contract' - as is the Portuguese GP at Estoril...

I don't know what others think - to me, the season starts way too late in the year. The first round should be end of February or early March and there should be 20 rounds! Just sayin'...

Why MotoGP only at Laguna Seca as all classes from 2012 will be 4 stroke so the Californian 2 stroke ban (or emission law) thing surely no longer applies and the rest of the MotoGP watching world shouldn't be denied just because the US like to mix AMA and MotoGP
