Ducati MotoGP stars Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden arrived at Madonna di Campiglio, Italy, on Monday ready for this week's 22nd edition of the Wrooom Press Ski Meeting.

Tuesday will see the Ducati riders participate in a press conference, while Wednesday will be the turn of Filippo Preziosi (Ducati Corse general manager) and Stefano Domenicali (Ferrari team principal).

Thursday will then see attention switch to Ferrari F1 drivers Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa.

The event concludes on Friday, with the spectacular kart and auto exhibition involving the riders and drivers on the town's frozen lake. However, Hayden's recent shoulder and rib injuries - during a training accident - mean he is likely to be a spectator.

Not on the schedule is the usual symbolic unveiling of the latest Ducati Desmosedici MotoGP machine. That, it seems, will have to wait until the opening test of 2012, which starts at Sepang on January 31st.
