Private tests for CRTs

A handful of CRT MotoGP teams head for a private test at Aragon.
Although the MotoGP manufacturer teams won't be seen on track again until the third and final official pre-season test at Jerez from March 23-25, a number of the new Claiming Rule Teams will continue their preparations during a private test at Aragon.

According to the official MotoGP website the Aspar (Aprilia), Speed Master (Aprilia), PBM (Aprilia), Ioda (Ioda-Aprilia) and BQR (FTR-Kawasaki) teams will be attend two days of private testing at the Spanish grand prix venue on March 8-9.

UPDATE: Ioda's rider Danilo Petrucci has posted on his Twitter page (@Petrux9) that they will not be at Aragaon "Because we are building the second and definitive bike. The boys that are working at the workshop are the same that work on track. If we went in Aragon we risk that the definitive bike will be not ready for Jerez and Qatar."

Of the above teams, only BQR was also present for the two official tests in Malaysia, when riders Yonny Hernandez and Ivan Silva lapped six-seconds behind Casey Stoner's best on a factory RC213V.

Gresini Racing's FTR-Honda is the only CRT bike on the official entry list yet to make its track debut - and now looks unlikely to be at Aragon. GPone.com reports that Michele Pirro will likely get a shakedown at Imola, prior to the official Jerez test.

Aspar's Randy de Puniet reported an impressive lap time just 0.3sec from the satellite Ducati of Hector Barbera and 0.6sec from the official lap record during the Jerez test.

Oh cumon u guys, dont jump the button when its not even time yet, i personally believe the CRT Concept is here to stay. The ART and Suter CRT's will be challenging the Du-crappys and the satellites at most of the tighter tracks just wait and watch...yeah.
