Top MotoGP seats decided for 2013.

Two years until any big changes in the factory MotoGP rider line-ups.
Any up-and-coming riders hoping to join a factory MotoGP team will probably have to wait until at least 2015.

Andrea Dovizioso's new Ducati deal confirms that, unless a new manufacturer joins the series, there will be only one potential factory opportunity available at the end of next season.

That will be the Ducati seat of Nicky Hayden, who recently signed a new one-year contract.

The other five factory riders - Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi at Yamaha, Dani Pedrosa and Marc Marquez at Honda, plus Dovizioso - are all in place for at least the next two years...

Confirmed 2013 manufacturer (non-CRT) MotoGP riders:

Factory riders:
Jorge Lorenzo - Factory Yamaha rider until end of 2014.
Valentino Rossi - Factory Yamaha until the end of 2014.

Dani Pedrosa - Factory Honda rider until the end of 2014.
Marc Marquez - Factory Honda rider until the end of 2014.

Nicky Hayden - Ducati Team until end of 2013.
Andrea Dovizioso - Ducati Team until end of 2014.

Satellite riders:
Bradley Smith - Tech 3 Yamaha until the end of 2014.
Stefan Bradl - LCR Honda until the end of 2013.

I still don't get Bradley Smith at Tech 3, what are they thinking signing this guy in MotoGP, he's done nothing in Moto2, many more willing and able guys to move up surely. Hope Cal stays on otherwise his future in motogp will be limited......
