Bradley Smith rides Monster Yamaha Tech 3 MotoGP machine at damp Valencia test
After being left in the pits due to poor weather on day one of the Valencia test, Bradley Smith gave up on waiting for better conditions and made his MotoGP debut with Monster Yamaha Tech 3 just after midday on Wednesday (pictured).

Riding with wet tyres on a damp track, the 21-year-old Englishman has completed 16 laps so far - and lowered his best time to within 3.2s of fastest man and new Ducati test rider Michele Pirro.

Smith, a triple 125cc grand prix winner, is stepping up to the premier-class alongside Cal Crutchlow after two seasons with Tech 3 in the Moto2 category.

It's not going to be easy for Bradderz! Followed his whole career, brilliant rider and love him to bits but look at his teammate(s)!!.... Crutchlow is an animal. Most improved motogp rider and this season he's really shown how good he is over race distance and 1 lap. Other two on yammy's would be Lorenzo and Rossi.hmmm Boy's going to have to go some to match those guys but good luck to him.
