2013 MotoGP entry list revealed

Provisional 2013 MotoGP entry list revealed, Michael Laverty and Yonny Hernandez set to ride for Paul Bird Motorsport.
The provisional entry list for the 2013 MotoGP season names Michael Laverty and Yonny Hernandez as riding for the Paul Bird Motorsport team.

2012 BSB race winner Laverty is listed as competing on a 'PBM' bike with Hernandez, who raced for Avintia this year, on an ART Aprilia, as used by former rider James Ellison.

Exactly half of the 24 places (three more than this year) are for privateer CRT riders, with six rookies present. The only 'To Be Confirmed' slot is for a second Came IodaRacing entry, alongside Danilo Petrucci.

Avintia, which used FTR-Kawasaki machinery this year, is yet to name its 2013 engine supplier.

Yamaha's newly crowned double world champion Jorge Lorenzo is set to race with his usual #99, rather than the #1. Moto2 champion Marc Marquez will likewise make his MotoGP debut with his usual #93...
