Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi,
MotoGP team-mates from 2008-2010, will again join forces at the Factory Yamaha team for the next two seasons, following Rossi's return from Ducati.
Lorenzo stepped straight into Yamaha's official squad for his debut 2008
MotoGP season, which was Rossi's ninth in the premier-class.
Rossi won his sixth and seventh
MotoGP titles in 2008 and 2009, but Lorenzo improved with each season and was victorious in 2010, the year Rossi broke his leg at Mugello.
