Seventh fastest Bradl seeking 'extra tenths'
Stefan Bradl is seeking an improvement of a 'few tenths of a second' with his LCR Honda as he concluded the second Sepang MotoGP test in seventh place.

Bradl, riding a factory-spec RC213V this season, was 0.7s down on the fastest lap of the final day set by Repsol Honda's Dani Pedrosa.

He completed a race simulation of 17 laps, rattling off 46 laps in total and posting a fastest time of 2m 01.309s.

Bradl, who will take part in an exclusive test for HRC and factory Yamaha riders at Austin in Texas from March 12-14, said: “It has been another productive test for us.

"We still have to improve few tenths of a second but we did anyway good progress with the new bike.

“We found some interesting front suspension setting, which allowed us to increase the front tyre feeling and some new traction control map gaining a bit more drive in the corner exits,” he added.

“I am looking forward to discover the new circuit in Texas and continue our bike development.”

The final pre-season test will be held at Jerez from March 23-25.
