MotoGP star Valentino Rossi has dismissed reports that he is planning to set-up a Moto3 team, but will start a 'Rider Academy' to support young Italians.

"I heard about this. But, no, it is not true about the team," said Rossi, speaking at Indianapolis on Thursday.

"We start to work with some young Italian riders. We call it 46 Rider's Academy, and we start to help some young Italian riders from Moto3, also in the Italian Championship and in the Spanish Championship but not about the team.
