Defending Brno MotoGP winner Dani Pedrosa led an ultra-close morning warm-up session for this afternoon's Czech Republic round.

It was the first time since Catalunya, five rounds ago ad before Pedrosa's Sacsenring collarbone injury, that the title contender had topped a MotoGP track session.

Pedrosa was just 0.003s quicker than Repsol Honda team-mate and rookie title leader Marc Marquez, with the Factory Yamahas of Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo all within 0.125s of the top!
