Red Bull KTM, reigning Moto3 World Champions and 2013 title leaders, will add Australian rider Jack Miller to its ranks for 2014.

Team Manager Aki Ajo and Miller signed a deal on Thursday evening at Misano.

"I am very happy to have signed for what is, in my opinion, the best team in Moto3: Red Bull KTM Ajo," said 18-year-old Miller.

"Joining this team will give me the opportunity to fight for the Moto3 title next season. I can't wait to get started with this new adventure in my sporting career, and I am sure that there will be a good relationship developed with my new team - one which already exists."

2014 will be Miller's third full season in the Moto3 World Championship. Miller is currently seventh in the standings for the Caretta Technology team and the leading Honda powered rider.

"We know how important it is to maintain our focus on the fight for the 2013 Moto3 title, but obviously at this stage of the season it is normal to be preparing things for the next campaign," said Ajo.

"We are very happy to have signed Jack Miller to ride for us next season. I think that everyone has seen that he is one of the biggest talents for the future in the World Championship. We are very proud to have Jack as one of Red Bull KTM Ajo's riders for 2014."

Luis Salom heads this year's championship for Red Bull KTM, but will move to Moto2 with the Pons team in 2014. Salon's present team-mates are Australian Arthur Sissis and Malaysian Zulfahmi Khairuddin.

KTM riders have won every Moto3 race so far this year.

Sandro Cortese took the inaugural Moto3 title with Red Bull KTM last year.
