Casey Stoner has completed a comprehensive three day test of Honda's prototype racer at Sugo as the retired former champion continued to assist the manufacturer behind the scenes.

Riding the current RC213V and an updated version of Honda's forthcoming 2014 racer, Stoner would get three full days under his belt, even if he wouldn't have time to trial the firm's new Production Racer, which was instead entrusted to Takumi Takahashi.

Among the various items sampled, Stoner tested a new frame and new engine.

Riding at Sugo for the first time, Stoner admits it was difficult to get feedback around a new circuit but was happy to complete a mostly uninterrupted three days.
