Yamaha unveils Lorenzo, Rossi MotoGP livery in Jakarta

Yamaha unveils Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi's 2014 MotoGP race livery.
Following a sneak peek at Yamaha's 2014 MotoGP livery offered by Jorge Lorenzo on social media, here are some official shots of the new M1 racing colours.

Lorenzo and team-mate Valentino Rossi took the wraps off the revised design during a special ceremony in front of Yamaha dealers in Jakarta, Indonesia on Friday.

Yamaha has not had a title sponsor since Fiat in 2010 and has again opted for corporate blue and white colours, albeit with a greater amount of white compared to last season.

Double champion Lorenzo won eight races last year, more than any other rider, but still lost out on the crown to Honda's Marc Marquez.

The highlight of seven time champion Rossi's return to Yamaha was a record 80th premier-class win, at Assen, on his way to fourth in the world championship.

Revised rules for 2014 mean a control ECU system must be used in MotoGP this year - but Factory entries will continue developing own software.

As a consequence, they will face one less litre of race fuel, creating a difference of four litres to the Open class bikes, while in-season engine development will also be frozen for the Factory bikes.

The number of Factory engine changes will remain at five per rider. Twelve engine changes will be allowed for the Open class, which replaces the former CRT category.

Pre-season testing gets underway at Sepang in Malaysia next month.

Not bad, not beautiful. Why do I see that ugly"monster" advert everywhere? Are people actually stupid enough to waste their money on that pi$$? I guess so. But the riders just pour it out and replace it with water as we've seen.
