Suzuki to join Sepang MotoGP test

Suzuki team manager Davide Brivio has confirmed that the factory will join next week's official MotoGP test session at Sepang:

Suzuki, which left MotoGP at the end of 2011 due to the financial crisis, is continuing preparations for its return in 2015. As part of that process wild-card rides could take place during this season.

Randy de Puniet - who carried out testing duties for Suzuki alongside racing for Aspar last year - has stepped back from competition to concentrate on development of the new inline four-cylinder.

All teams and riders barring Ioda are expected on track at Sepang from February 4-6, for the first of the three official pre-season tests.
