Having reached an agreement in his legal action against the Circuit of the Americas, Kevin Schwantz will not only be present for this weekend's MotoGP - but ride the new Suzuki early next week.

As part of Suzuki's ongoing development work ahead of its 2015 MotoGP return, the factory is testing at the Austin circuit on Monday and Tuesday.

Speaking on Thursday, both Schwantz and Suzuki confirmed that the 1993 world champion will get some laps on the new XRH-1 inline four-cylinder machine.
