Alvaro Bautista says he is determined to 'reverse the trend' of his 2014 MotoGP World Championship season thus far after a disastrous start to his year that has left him with not a single point to his name.

The Go&Fun Gresini Honda rider came into the year having shown impressive pace during pre-season testing, but retirements in the opening three events - including a first lap fall in Argentina - have left him pointless heading to Europe.

Eager to kick-start his 2014 campaign with a strong finish in his home Spanish Grand Prix at Jerez, Bautista is desperate for better fortune.
