Dominique Aegerter will make his MotoGP debut at the Catalunya test, having fended off this strike from a bouncing bike in Sunday's Moto2 race.

The Swiss rider was struck by the machine of Jordi Torres but kept control and, although he dropped down the order, went on to finish in 14th place.

Aegerter's tenacity isn't a surprise: It took a black flag for a technical problem in Qatar to end a run of 33 successive point-scoring finishes, but he responded with a podium next time in Austin, and again in Jerez.
