MotoGP champion Marc Marquez predicts that team-mate Dani Pedrosa could pose the biggest threat to his unbeaten run at the Sachsenring this weekend.

Winner at the Sachsenring in his rookie title season, when Pedrosa and Jorge Lorenzo missed the race through injury, Marquez returns undefeated in 2014 and - in World Cup terminology - aiming to complete a 9-0 thrashing of his rivals when the MotoGP 2014 halftime whistle blows at the conclusion of Sunday's race.

Marquez, whose latest victory came during the wet-dry Assen race, said: "It was a tough and complicated weekend in Assen, but I was really happy to win a race under such tricky conditions.
