MotoGP champion Lorenzo visits Ferrari F1 team

Double MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo visits Ferrari F1 team
Double MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo has made a surprise visit to the Ferrari F1 team headquarters at Maranello in Italy.

The Movistar Yamaha rider, pictured below with Ferrari F1 star and fellow Spaniard Fernando Alonso, is sure to be quizzed about whether he also visited the nearby Ducati headquarters when he arrives in Germany for this weekend's Sachsenring MotoGP round.

Lorenzo's team-mate Valentino Rossi flirted with an F1 move after several promising test sessions for Ferrari. Speaking in a Ferrari interview, Lorenzo ruled out a four-wheel switch:

"There was a period two or three years ago when I did some car races and got some good results, and I tried the GP2... But finally I think you have to concentrate on what you do best and what I do best is riding motorbikes. I don't think i could be at the level of Fernando, Kimi or Vettel in Formula One."

Crutchlow mimicking style of Lorenzo cannot get ducati to move on a race track....I doubt that this is tempting Lorenzo at all!! Everything Lorenzo exactly what Ducati cannot do or does terribly!! You think Cal is doing badly then wait until Lorenzo gets on that thing!! With that said what if it was Ducati plan to useCrutchlow to develop the bike for Lorenzo!!! then that could be a stroke of genius although that would suck for Crutchlow....when Lorenzo replaces him....haha hey just giving my conspiracy theory for the day!

Talks about Lorenzo moving to Ferrari F1 is pure bullshit... there isn't anything that I heard about Lorenzo having a F1 testing session to assess whether he can move to F1 or not... Moreover I have never heard about Lorenzo going on 4wheel sports even during season break in winter which few others like Rossi, Marc and Dovi atleast give it a try,, specially The Doctor gives it a try on anything that has wheels...
