Dani Pedrosa is eager to get going on Saturday after a solid opening day of practice at the Czech MotoGP.
Pedrosa was third fastest in the dry in FP1, only 0.052s behind team-mate Marc Marquez, after setting a best time of 1m 56.855s.
He was equally strong in the wet conditions in FP2, finishing only 0.052s down on Marquez, who was effectively the fastest rider in the wet after Andrea Iannone and Hector Barbera took the top two times when they managed to set their best lap in mixed conditions before the showers became heavier.
“Today went well for us. We had one practice in the dry and the other in wet conditions, and I think that overall we need more dry track time in order to be able to test out different tyres and set-ups,” said Pedrosa.
“It's been a good day and we can't wait to get back to work tomorrow.”
